LCH960240000 ROBERTSHAW HIGH LIMIT THERMOSTAT to suit various commercial catering fryers. 
Temperature cut out of 425F/218C. Capillary Length is approx 24" c/w 3/8" Stuffing Gland,  
Thin red reset button. Bulb is approx 1/4" Dia. x 7" long. Please check the part number 
on the side of your old thermostat to make sure this is the correct one.
