Shipping Policy

Please review our shipping policy, which may apply when purchasing our products, whereby shipping is required on the product. This policy also covers, whereby a product is available for collection from our store/s. 

In Store Collection. 

We offer in store collections on our items, whereby the item is listed as, in stock, and party who placed the order is also located within the United Kingdom. 

In store pickup is generally available within 1 working day, depending on what time the order was placed. For example, if an order is placed at 23:59 on a Friday, this product would be available for collection on the following Monday. 

Depending on the value of the order, we may be able to arrange an associate to be on site within a certain time frame, as long as this is arranged and agreed to prior. 

Free Shipping.

Free shipping may be available on certain orders, within a certain value range, for delivery within the United Kingdom. 

This information will be displayed prior to completing the checkout process, when placing your order, and if the option for free shipping is available, this will be presented there. 

International Shipping.

We offer international shipping to various countries within the EU, and also to countries outside the EU, such as those located in North America, or Oceania. 

The countries that we offer shipping to are based on the availability and convenience provided to us by our third party shipping partners and shipping providers.

If you see a product that you would like to purchase, with no option to ship to your country of residence, please contact us prior, so that we may look into adding additional shipping options to other countries. Due to the level of time consumption required to update these prices regularly, we have currently limited the countries that we ship to, to those located within Europe, North America and Oceania. We would be happy to expand on this, if you get in touch with us.

Please note with international shipping, there may be an applicable custom charge, duty charge, or border charge, which you may be liable for, depending on your countries legislation. 

Delays on shipping.

In the unfortunate instance where an order is delayed, our shipping partners or shipping providers can provide further information as to why this might have happened.
